What do all you think about doing another set of AS cards, with some pithy Rand quote about entertainment, to publicize the release of the movies?
Along with your opinion, you may certainly suggest quotes if you like - on entertainment, its value, something like that.

    Great idea. I have a friend who still does snail mail from another state. She gets cards with religious quotes and philosophical life quotes sge sends with her mailings. It is always interesting to read them. People who might not have read AS, might get hooked by a simple quote.

    Maybe have some AS "social" cards printed with our name, address, etc, much like a business card but for social occasions.

      The original WIJG was used like a social card [go back on Letsshrug's posts to see them] - they had a BEAUTIFUL dollar sign, the movie site URL, a Rand quote, and, because the 1st 2 movies had that lovely "are you ready?" question asked of those going on strike, it said are you ready?

    Many people used them as "social cards" - I have no idea how many have MY name and phone number on them. One person passed them out at gun shows - a great hit. Their purpose was to inform the public that there was such a thing as the AS movies.
    I think anything that gets Rand's words out is good; I like the idea of cards [because they're cheap!] with the movie URL on them. The purpose would be to encourage people to see the movie, and to read the book.

    Tell me what you think after you see the original cards. If LS is willing to do the ordering and sending them out again, that is great. If not, I'll do it, and it will be along the same lines as that card I displayed. If we're going to use the movie URL, we have to ask permission; I will do that.
