It is truly amazing what our welfare system has wrought on society. It is sad what happened to that child, so I wonder what the actual circumstances were. Were there drugs involved? Why did she wind up in a house with a "friend"? What did the child do to deserve the "punishment"? I sincerely hope they get the book thrown at them and that there is no way for this to happen again with these specific people. However, in our current societal situation, we know something like this is going to happen somewhere else. Last year, there was the situation in Colorado with children missing and found in shallow graves in the backyard. Many other situations and the children always suffer.

Then keep it to yourself. Waste of lifers.
