I'm very happy to have landed in the Gulch...Over the years I have been blessed with the ability study, ponder & securitize history and government actions against the US Constitution and the hapless acquiescence of the famed LIIV's (Low Information & Intelligence Voters).
Among the most beneficial to contentious to heinous to illegal Amendments, these days my research revolves around:
1st amendment (the farcical wall between government and religion)
2nd amendment (the true intent, not the politicians/judges slants)
10th amendment (Principles of '98 past use and current applications)
14th amendment (especially relating to both illegal/uncontrolled immigration and "anchor babies")
16th amendment (10+ years of research into the illegality of the ratification, the repeated offense of gutting specifically & precisely stated federal/national government constraints)
17 amendment (the final vitiation of states' rights by moving US Senator's from appointment by each state's legislative bodies to the popular vote, just like US Representatives).
Intertwined with all of research, I have also researched all US Supreme Court Cases that have more often than not upheld the actions & activities of the other two "co-equal" braches of the US government.
I have also spent the better part of 2 decades learning the ins & outs of economics (past and present actualities vs stated intents), moving beyond the Keynesian ideology drummed in via college economics classes to learning how the Austrian (aka Mises) model is the closest true "free market" economy model, and by association how Ayn Rand's objectivism makes a true non-interventionist economy not only work but thrive.
