Gotta admire someone who sticks up for their beliefs

"Pastafarianism". I'd much rather live with someone like this that someone who'd rather kill me for disagreeing with them. I also admire the humor - anyone who can't laugh at themselves is missing out on one of the pure joys in life. ;)

    I'm just wondering how much wearing a colander on your head does for making your point. It might be 'non condescending and non threatening' in manner, but it comes off as a ridiculous person instead of logical one. I applaud her guts for doing it, it is humorous, and it is an in-your-face gesture against religious lunacy, but making yourself appear as a lunatic to fight lunacy seems a bit looney... lol

    Someone who is willing to mock themselves by being ridiculous in order to make a point. She knows she's taking her argument to the absurd extreme, but isn't afraid to do so. But she also chooses a non-condescending and non-threatening way of voicing her opinion.
