Thanks for finding this. It explains so much.

So only some 35% of the eligible population votes but does that mean that 40% of those have the virus, or do all of them have it?

Where did they get the 90 subjects? Were they screened for age and education? Was it a double-blind study? Do we know if the "cognitive tests" were created and administered by scientists harboring this virus? Were the Oval Office, Congress, and the Supreme Court swept for presence of this virus?
