Official oppression...had to google that, didn't know it was an offense, but yes, it is. Many Government official should be rounded up and charged for their oppressive intentions...

Justice has been served, but it did take a loooong time. It should not be an option to do this on the side of the road! Good grief!! It should only be done if the person is known to traffic drugs, etc, and then by the prison Doc.

I will admit I haven't watched the video and I didn't comment on the first post (I don't think), reason being I didn't want to watch body cavity searches. I can watch heads being chopped off in movies, no problem, body cavity searches I can't handle..BUT I didn't know that one of the officers what a female!! What the heck??? Is this a power move, a fetish, or what??? Wow.

She is the one the other trooper called in to perform the cavity searches. btw, she didn't change her gloves. I'm not sure. Now that he was charged with theft as well (painkillers) it might be something more organized. I have cop friends who disagree with me. They think he was over-zealous and once the female is requested to perform a search it would be very difficult for her in the dept if she refused to comply at the scene.
My issue is NO BODY CAVITY SEARCHES at the roadside. and no searches of that nature period unless proven violent criminal. and that it is the least intrusive way t accomplish the goal. ex: smuggling a file into prison. a metal detector/xray machine is less intrusive. Every officer is trained at the academy to perform these searches over and over-to deaden them inhumane process. That is just wrong. somebody show me the stats on safety achieved through body cavity search. Drugs? drug war has cost millions of lives, billions of dollars and you can't make sense of it.
