Update on our Texas State Troopers-both indicted, one with theft as well as for the illegal searches. Finally. Why did this take months?

    I just LOVE them!!! I saw them with my mom when I was 18 at this club in DC. The venue was set up so you sat at tables around the arc of the stage. We were right up front!! Good times.. :-)

    Some of you ladies are putty in my hands. :) Why? Because, in over thirty years of a happy marriage I have learned nothing about the lot of you except two things. You all want to be treated with respect and to have fun. Well, years ago I said to some married friends who asked about my secret for marital bliss, "If you want a happy life, keep a happy wife."     P.S. For me it just makes life a lot easier. Of course it helps if you marry a woman who doesn't know she is a princess, and I offer the occasional massage. Salve or lotion what ever works… :)

    This is not my first DJ gig. :)
    I apologize for making light on your serious thread. If I wrote what I think of the entire story, I would definitely exceed the limits of propriety, although the indictments do provide a bit of salve.
    I am in between books, but I just ordered six more, so I will probably be a little quieter in the coming evenings.
    By the way, I have been looking through the Books category and thinking all I would really like to encourage, is for authors to list their offerings and whenever possible provide the ISBN #s. Likewise anyone offering a review. What do you think?

    actually, I lie. I would be the only high school girl in my town who was a girl scout. and school would let out. and I'd have to don a hot uniform, march in the memorial day parade in front of all the brownies, then at the cemetery I'd read general McNamara's speech from some god damned battle and while I stood stock still as the 21 gun salute was going off for our fallen soldiers? I'd be thinking about how I would steal the strawberries from the field nearby and eat them slowly in front of the eagle scouts. I understood inflation before I ever took an economics class.
