Why can we not get better candidates?? Is it the money, or that no successful person would ever put themselves through the ridiculous process...

Well said! Sometimes the choices are not optimal....but when i look at the overall direction and understand what would happen with the DSA - almost ready to settle on the crook..... Just me...
