Like John Galt, we need to abandon a tyrannical government. In Atlas Shrugged, they found freedom in isolation, safety in Objectivism, and security from intruders provided from within. We must do the same; but replace Objectivism with the Constitution.

Our security is plainly stated in the Constitution as "A well regulated Militia". We own that.

Those who haven't, need to join or support their local Militia. For the only peaceful way to shift power back to the People and Constitution, is with the Militia.

Even 10 years ago, a Constitution Convention was viewed dangerous by most freedom lovers because it risks debates between people who have no understanding of the free state, the free market, capitalism, nor individual rights. It's worse today. Political indoctrination left too may believing we're a democracy; a democratic Republic.

I maintain that the Preamble plainly limits government power to the preservation of liberty. Now it's up to the people as I stated below: "The final clause of the Preamble is directed to..."

A new Constitution would require a Convention. The original one:

"The debate over the U.S. Constitution, from the start of the Constitutional Convention to ratification, lasted over a year, spanning from May 1787 to June 1788. The drafting in Philadelphia took roughly four months (May 25–September 17, 1787), followed by a contentious, roughly year-long ratification debate..."

During this time, and after, the Federalist Papers and the Anti-federal Papers were written, published, and widely debated and discussed in public.

Do you think a Constitutional Convention could be convened in America in 2026? Do you think the Blessings of Liberty would find a widespread audience?

Or has America gone too far toward the ash heap of history for us to recover our nature given individual rights?

The final clause of the Preamble is directed to “ourselves and our Posterity” and elicits us to secure a proper balance of power between government and the People. The Militia is established by the People; for the People to secure that balance.

They are the only ones with the power to do so.

All Constitution-revisions contain unscrupulous graffiti intended to subvert control from the People.

Yet, the Preamble underscores the purpose of the Constitution is to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.

The choice of Constitution is irrelevant; the Preamble plainly limits government power to the preservation of liberty.

    Is that the Constitution:
    1) As originally Written?
    2) As originally Amended (Bill of Rights)
    3) As currently Amended?
