I would like to know if those customers are also willing to pay for the 25% increase in their dining experience. Or if they understand that it will have a deleterious effect on THEIR take-home earnings as their purchasing power will drop.

I'm betting none of the above.

    And I'd like to know population and sample size. For statistical analysis, these are critical.

    I'd like to see the safeguards on this survey to assure independent answers? Was it administered in restaurants? Did people know that their answers were anonymous? etc.
