Why? I could not give a rip about foriegn students . Most of the ones we have are spies. In our great land Baltimore Schools had zero High school grads that were proficient in reading or Math. That’s just one city. Harvard teaches Marxist fundamentals to future deep state puppets here or at home. Remember the enemies are Globalists.
