Am I right, or was I blind?

For years, I read Drudge and thought that it was one of the few non-leftie places I could go online to see what might really be happening in the world. Same with the Wall Street Journal; I never felt like they were trying hard to sell me something I didn’t want to buy.

But at some point, at least to me, that changed for both sources. Drudge has become almost as bad as MSNBC and CNN. And the WSJ doesn’t seem too far behind them.

So what I’m wondering is this: Am I right? Or was I blind?

Did these once (again, from my perspective) reliably right-of-center sources cross to the dark side? Or were they always purveyors of leftie bullshit, and I just hadn’t opened my eyes yet?

The WSJ has been a self serving media propaganda arm of the bankster cartel since inception.
It's how they tempt honest people into "investing" in the manipulated shares they peddle.
Drudge, like Fox, switched sides when Trump became a popular force against the Deep State.
All of the media mentioned are conspirators with governments against individual liberty and free markets.

      Agreed.
It was always bad. I forgot the name of the ones with it's own trading system/rating system. THAT one was a lot more of what he described.

I believe it is what is happening to everyone.
All of the frogs are realizing we are in Pots of Boiling water.

And the old "Sauna" we used to enjoy, was just less boiling, and now we see it clearly.

In fact, I turned off TV 8 years ago.

I understand that The Drudge Report was sold at one point. The changeover came after that. I could be wrong.

That is my understanding as well... At the time, people theorized that Matt wasn't able to confirm that he sold the business as a condition of the sale.

When it happened, it took a well established news exaggerator for the right and turned it into a clown show for the left. I can't imaging this was business driven, I could only surmise that this was to shut him down.
