from what i see the bridge supports were not protected

and it is very, very easy to sabotage a ship so the engine "malfunctions"

call me suspicious
and nope, i do not trust a damn word from the biden admin

and all the rail issue we were having over the past few years???

  The last word on this will not be out for a while. I join in having suspicions, there seems to be a string of bad luck incidents, but maybe it was not luck but 'planning'.

Maintenance, the posh name now is asset management, is seldom done adequately.
Looking after what you have, comes second to investing in new shiny popular projects and appeals to bad management, not just true in public utilities but private profit corporations as well.
