Meme #1 made me think of my ex. So did the one with the birds in it. Toward the end of that bumpy ride, me dino appreciates the fact that she chose to move to the living room couch of her own accord.
A few short years later after she drove off her next hubby, my kids came over for the weekend. Learned one told his mom I had come into some money (no, I'm not a millionaire) and she came close to having a hissy fit.
To this very day, all I can say about that is . . . tee-hee!

    Oooo. Unpleasant memories. Dad never went overboard, but he had a piece of fearsome bridle strap that was applied from time to time, though mostly brandished. One very cold winter he nailed it along the bottom of the back door to keep the snow and cold out and that was the end of that.
