Under the standard definition of "natural-born" citizen, NO, Kamala wouldn't be eligible. Barack Obama would have been eligible if his true father (Frank Marshall Davis) had been acknowledged as the real father and if neither Obama nor his parents had done anything to jeopardize his nationality, like say enroll him in a school claiming he was Indonesian.
