Easy to find 12 people stupid enough when half the country has proven itself to be stupid enough. That's a big pool of stupid to draw upon.

Indicting is the easy part. The jury is a captured audience to the prosecutor to say whatever lies he can get away with. Proving it is a different story. During the indictment is when dirty prosecutors can tell any lie and do just about anything without any real challenge to get a prosecution. Besides, this is NYC where you can get any jury to indict Trump's cat merely because it was Trump. Major Democrat cities have the same insanity.

Once again... The only way to fix the USA is to shore up the constitution based on our experience. Eliminate the mechanism of corruption such as Campaign Finance (Bribery), Sweetheart Job offers (Bribery) etc. Political power of private corporations called political parties that George Washington warned us not to allow. A more troubling item is that they got the worst judge possible (for Trump) - someone who has been actively prosecuting Jan 6 protestors and is an Obama donor. Best move is literally to cite this bias and get the trial moved to a new judge - preferably a panel.

An entire nation is so ground up into little pieces of sheeple that it will be harder to get a truly objective jury pool than it will be to build a base on Alpha Centauri...meaning it is impossible in this time and place. I wonder just how many of us are out there, and of that number, how many are ready to defend themselves and their families?
