The sign was in reference to the most famous quote of Will Rogers (1879–1935). He was an American vaudeville performer, actor, and humorous social commentator.
Rogers had said, "I never met a man I didn't like."
He later commented about his quote:
When I die, my epitaph, or whatever you call those signs on gravestones, is going to read: "I joked about every prominent man of my time, but I never met a man I dident [sic] like." I am so proud of that, I can hardly wait to die so it can be carved.

As for that meme with Trump running with all those cops backing him up on the first day of his second term, all those rifles they carry are not "assault rifles" AKA "weapons of war" unless the selector switch includes AUTOMATIC FIRE that spews lead like a machine gun or a submachine gun. PERIOD!
