So I'll believe Fauci can be arrested when I see it. That goes for the multi-millionaire influence peddling sniffer in the White House also. Not to mention the evil Hillary hag. Did I mention residential area, no crimes. Nice churches, walking distance to high school, elementary school, grocery stores, good drainage, hasn;t flooded in 20+ years and probably won't. Bicycle paths, well used. Quiet little city. My street didn't flood when we got a flood that blew out the Guiness book of world records for most water in 24 hours.

I'll keep my condo (two bedrooms upstairs, two bathrooms), washer and dryer on covered patio with storage closet, nice living room, small kitchen (I don't spent much time in the kitchen) and dining/office area.Great closets (3). Lovely neighbors, great parking just outside my gated patio (covered). $900 pet friendly (Fred and Foxy have plenty of walking area, gorgeous oak trees. $900 a month.

I gotta tell you, I was looking at apartments in Houston and found one I liked, but...you entered thru the kitchen area and the bedroom and the living room were all in one and the rent started at $1500...only one closet! Duh? No thank you.
