    If true, there's money to be made thanks to Pal Joey, who'd likely be scarfing in some big bucks too.
    He sure as hell didn't make all those millions from a government salary for 40-something years.

    one wonders of they were not swapping out the papers at U-Penn for those at other locations, so "people" could make copies

    the ones copied would be removed and destroyed or moved to other locations (to be sold to others)
