Recycle Aid to Dependent Children. All it did was stimulate more dependent children so the mothers could get their "government check." . This went on for generations. Gov Engler in Michigan put a stop to it - no more immaculate conceptions. The father would be responsible for child support. And what about the 22 trillion spent on LBJ's war on poverty? Where the hell did that money go and into whose pocket?: So glad I moved out of California in 1959.
