  You are correct. I was thinking of my city council that has had an idiot for a mayor for almost 12 years. Thankfully his term is up in the Spring. Three terms is all you get. I researched him and found 7 pages of land transactions he's made since becoming mayor. When I was on the Council, we never borrowed money or raised taxes. We got an $8,000,000 sewer grant...I fell on my beautiful in D.C. in a snowstorm. We sold $15,000,000 of bonds repaid by our sales tax fund in a referendum voted on by our citizens. My former employer bought the whole $15 million. We repaired streets with the bond issue. But none of this cost the citizens a dollar.

Yesterday my Orthopedist's assistant said she couldn't make me a follow-up appointment until 8 days after I have an MRI on my back. I assured her I could take my fancy insurance to another Ortho and get no more than a 2 day turn around. She found she could work me in 2 days after my MRI. (I didn't tell her my PCP would be reading the results on my portal the next morning after I have the MRI) And my PCP is an Internist, Diagnostician, and Pathologist! He likes my insurance.

You see it's my concern that the female brain works entirely differently from the male brain. I learned this after working in DC for ten years and then spending 3 years as an elected councilmember of my City. If a woman wants something done, it is usually done rather quickly.
Men don't like to see women disappointed and so it really is an easy process. I won't reveal our secrets but you ALL know what I am saying is true. Only yesterday I got my little tree trimmer out and scalped an ugly bushy thing in the front yard of my condo and even one in my neighbor's yard. I left all debris right where it fell and this morning I was awakened (at 9:15 a.m.) by the yard man blowing every leaf out of my yard and the whole block of condos and then he manicured even the flower beds. Hadn't seen him in ages. All my debris had disappeared. N
