I don't have Paypal. I won't use a credit card. I willl never use bitcoin.

I have green paper cash and silver coin.
Would I be able to upgrade despite this limitation?

there are likely members who would work with you
to find a solution, Nemo -- if the software will allow
a surrogate payment. Scott DeSapio will know. we
