Hatred of that kind with far smaller targets is, correctly, condemned as racism.
Of course such extremism has no basis in fact but is a reflection of a severe mental pathology in the accusers. Mass media has taken up hatred of Russia on a large scale.
Soros chose the US, a fairly big target, but the rest of the gang, the WEF, have decided that all of humanity has to be cut back.
