You've probably seen it or heard about it. I'm actually somewhat haunted by it. Recently when asked what we'd do to assist all the Ukrainian refugees she clearly seemed to find it deeply funny, "hahahah...a friend in need is a friend indeed...." I'm not easily offended, but I found it very upsetting. It seems like a glimpse into a really disturbed mind. A little like when Beto laughed about the mass shooting. Remember that. That stuff leaves me confused.

    This nervous laughter of hers was explained to me. She cannot control it. It happens because she doesn't know how to respond. You must remember she knows she doesn't have the qualifications to be President. She was Native Born, not Natural Born. Neither of her parents were citizens of the US when she was born. . She is a fraud and knows it. She cannot be President.

I suspect she was expecting dinner parties, a line of folks kissing her royal ass, huge bucks flooding into her bank account, and a race/gender card to keep her isolated from all negativity. Now reality is slapping her up side the head and drooling giggly-goo is all she has to respond.

      All this may be why the military is staying clear of Ukraine even while the ones supposedly in charge are calling for Putin’s death. Very interesting.

        Russia's going to "accidentally" cause a bio-release accident and will work diligently to contain the spread. The we'll have another 2 or 3 years of lockdown, layoffs, masks, breathing passports, water passports...

    I think it goes beyond just not knowing what to do. I think it indicates a serious personality flaw to laugh at the suffering of these people. Look at that clip of Beto, too. Guy is just overcome with glee over people being shot up. At least if these types knew what to do they could work around the glee. We're in a bad situation here, for sure.

    It's obviously a nervous laughter. She does not know how to respond or what to say so she tries to suck the interviewer into a personal humorous circle that they are just friends laughing, so as to distract from the question.

    So as to distract from the question, that's part of her nervous laughter.

    The other part is because she knows she's lying. She does not have a good poker face her lies are clearly visible in her face when she speaks and the laugh is the biggest single sign that she is lying or is about to lie.
