Cigars at The Palms
For all of those Gulchers who will be in Las Vegas this weekend and who also enjoy an occasional cigar.
I just got this email response to an inquiry I made of The Palms online support.

Thank you for contacting us!
Our hotel has a gift shop located on the casino floor that sells Romeo & Juliet, Arturo Fuente, Macanudo, and Monte Cristo cigars. All guests are welcome to smoke at any bar or lounge that is on the casino floor, such as The Mint Lounge, Social Bar, Tonic, and The Lounge.
