A close reading reveals the FACT there is NO LIMITATIONS on ALL 3 BRANCHES BANDING TOGETHER to discard the 1st Amendment.

    Hey Crusty Old Geezer, I don't understand. Congress is the Senate and the House of Reps and the Prez and Supremes don't have law making authority. They can suggest. Am I confused? N
