"... famine - too likely to kill people of color more than whites" I believe white people represent only 15% of world population and if the goal is to get rid of white people or to severely damage their influence, then destroy Europe, North America, and Australia as we know them today and force a demographic change in those areas. To guarantee success, you have to get a large segment of the white population to buy into the "plan".

Not only do they not know, they are rabidly afraid of any discussion about it. After all the dust settles in a few years (aka the collapse of civilization) I plan on showing up at the same meeting place on the same date each year to say hello to my fellow survivors until we have enough of us to build a viable community. I would try to convince them not to get jabbed though as it may make things close to impossible later when their DNA has been altered.
