        Hot and Humid, maintenance on the house, may sell/been looking at smaller 1 story houses but it's tough to find one I like and can pay cash for.
        My house's market price is 550K but every other house has gone up too.
        Old women won't move to another state...We're toast when the earth tilts...although, I don't think we'll live past 2030/2040 anyway.

          84 at 10 pm with a 70 dew point and it’s bone dry.
          The first thunderstorm since May is threatening after midnite.
          Have thought of moving more this last 6 months than the last 35 years.
          I need to sell my collections and empty my storage ares . We are soon to order new carpet.

            Well come on down to the Gulf Coast of Texas Rain Forrest. Rains almost every day. Have to plan shopping and outings by the weather forecast. And it can rain in your back yard and not the front! Whew, the lightening storms we have been having. Got Lionel the Shiz Zhu on valium. He has PTSD from the last hurricane and has tachycardia when the storm begins. Hides under the bed with Fred (my 4 legged friend). N
