That is identified as both people who sign your birth certificate are American citizens. You don't even have to be born in America. This issue has been before the Supreme Court on at least two occasions. Furthermore, the VP is supposed to have the same qualifications as the President. I'm tired of these dopes violating the Constitution. O'Bama skated because he was born on the wrong side of the blanket.
