“ The 5 dumbest things people are doing that wreck immune function, increasing susceptibility to new versions of Covid

#1. Getting jabbed with the mRNA vaccine series is really dumb (and deadly).

#2. Social distancing is really idiotic.

#3. Wearing a mask all day is really stupid.

#4. Using antibacterial everything is ignorant.

#5. Herding together with other “vaccinated” sheeple is super dumb. “

kinda like the sun coming up in the morning. We see it. But, we can't go touch it to prove it is there.Maybe you should stop taking any/all medications. You cannot PROVE they are effective. See what happens

Does that prove the vaccine did anything useful? Millions have had no vaccines and no flu for decades. I think neither of us has enough evidence for a rational judgement.

All due respect to my elders.....sir. In no way do I endorse forcing vaccines on anyone. And since I am getting older and might forget....
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

I'm six years older than you, sonny, and I couldn't agree more. Shots for all those who want them. No FORCING anyone to take a shot. And I still want to hear from you at Christmas.

I stayed free of coronavirus for a year using my own immune system plus I stayed away from unnecessary crowds, and people who were obviously sick. I stayed off planes, buses, and subways. I didn’t go to big parties.
So I got the vaccine, but I am still forced to still wear the ineffective mask (500k+ people died anyway) and do antisocial distancing.

ok, how 'bout I start with telling you about the DECADES of flu shots I have taken and never gotten the flu OR had complications from the shots. At 73 yr old I will die from something other than the flu. If you do not want the vaccine, that is great. One more vaccine for someone else.

Write back NEXT flu season (if you're still breathing) and tell us how those shots worked out for you.

Both my boys slept downstairs in a daylight basement house. We never heated down there as I was still working on amassing my fortune for retirement. They'd come up for breakfast wearing ski masks in the winter... But, to this day, I don't think they've ever been sick. One (the more liberal one) is getting the vaccine, the smarter one (very conservative) is not. I still believe in the 5 second rule when I drop food on the floor. Even chased my neighbors dog once after he got the roast off our table. I made him drop it, cleaned it up and returned it to the table. Fortunately our dinner guests had not come in yet to see what had transpired.

We are similar.....If I live, I will be 74 in July. It is one of many reasons I took the shots. At my age I don't know how many years I have left. Die from old age or die from covid. It is a coin toss. After all....we are all born to die.

Yeah of course. I understand the frustration. Hubby and I are frustrated too, just for a slightly different reason. I don't know how old you are (and I'm not asking) but I am 71; hubby is 69. My only fear with this particular vax, really, is that something untoward will happen and we don't have a lot of time to recover. Of course we COULD catch Covid, but not sure we worry about that too much (we have so little control over that). I'd just hate it if we voluntarily took the vax and then it screwed us out of our last years together.

If I seem hard core about this, I am just frustrated. I had mine ( both) with no problem. I know....we are all different. I think the left and press want to keep up the suspicion. I am not yelling at anyone in particular. Just all of this do I or don't I. America is at war with itself. Kinda like.....will I survive if I jump out of the foxhole and try to make it to the next foxhole?

That is the best list I have seen yet. It covers it all. We have ignored the "suggestions" for old folks from the beginning. We did not mask until mandated to get groceries, and no longer. NO vaccines! Deadly. Social distancing has been proven to not work at any time in history, see AIER site. Antibacterials will do two things, dissolve the buttons on your Camaro keyfob when you get sprayed, and also cause any virus to mutate. We hand out with about 20 coffee plas, who ignore the rules, we sit together, talk, have coffee, and say means things about Fauci. This whole thing was planned, see SPARS, mentioned on InfoWars, it is true. They have a goal to kill 20% of world population, but bet DC Dems took a flue shot, not an RNA shote.

Yep. People somehow think they can "beat" the virus, when not only can they not "beat it" - they can't even SEE it. I just live my life, but I swear these ninnies running around with masks (in a state with NO mandate, but almost every store requires them) are driving me nuts.

Yep. Viruses are doing what viruses do. The hospital case load is up and the health care workers are crabbing. Bitchmer made the last restriction pronouncements "voluntary" not mandatory. I suspect she feared a huge back lash if she closed the state down again. The above post is why we are having the current spike. Me? I expose my immune system to whatever mother nature has to offer. Bring it on.!

My first husband observed the same in somewhat less classy terms...no so much about illness but that rich, spoiled kids were the first to fall off the porch, but the "lower class kids" could play on the edge of the porch all day and never get hurt.

I guess the point was they learned to look out for themselves. I was neither rich nor poor (though I thought I was rich, does that count?) so I can't really say for myself.

Every time I think "OK, that's the shot I'll take," a story pops up with it's "the worst thing ever" or words to that effect, for that particular choice. Dunno, dunno. Waiting to see, and in no rush.

I especially like ##4...this is a virus....not a bacteria. Physicians came out against the anti-bacterial stuff years ago when it first came out....they feared that it would create super baterias. Just like overuse of anti-biotics will.

I'm okay with all but number 2. I'm a social distancer from forever. I don't like being too close to people I don't know. It's nothing new; it's how I live. When I go to a concert for example, I may spend hours looking at seating charts to see which is the most advantageous, defined as: where can I sit on the edge of a row, and which row is closest to the nearest OPEN exit.

However I don't remember the last time I got actually ill with something like a cold or flu. Well, I did have influenza when I was 8. That certainly got my attention :-) and I haven't had it in the 63 years since!

You were very observant. Good for you!

My dad tells a story where his mother came out one day to find his slightly older sister spooning mud into his younger brother's mouth while reciting "Eat your vegebles!" She had made mud pies. ;)

ok....like everything else we are told what we are doing wrong. How about some solutions. I have had both of my shots...Moderna. At least I am trying to do something positive. Too many "experts" with no solutions.
