The local CVS Pharmacy where I get my prescription medications from are booked for the next 2 months. When I called the their service line I was told to keep checking every week on-line. Right now it seems a waste of time. I hope to find out through the local FB apps as Next Door and the one for my geographical area if anyone posts about any complications from the vaccine.

I waited, and just was somewhat careful for the last year. I stayed away from nightclubs, day clubs, rock concerts, vegas shows, etc. Other than that, I wore the damn masks when ordered to (but not if they didnt enforce it as I thought they were pretty much useless), and I tried to stay healthy. I finally took the vaccine after waiting for a lot of people to have been guinea pigs first, and had a few side effects, but nothing big. If it isnt effective, that will be the way it goes I suppose.

I am a big boy and can assess the risks from things in life. Just give me the facts and I will draw conclusions on my own. I dont need lying fauci, the CDC, or biden, or Trump for that matter. Just the facts

I had about 36 hours of uncomfortable aches and joint pains after the second dose, but I am sure it was a LOT less than I would have experienced if I had gotten covid

I think the dems are worried that Biden will have to "retire" to be with his family even before the mid term elections. If Harris were installed as president before those elections, the repubs around the country would unite to keep her from getting anything done.

I dont believe ANYTHING politicians say at this point. They dont open their mouths except to maneuver me into doing what they want.

My doc told me that whatever the side effects or dangers of this vaccine have been shown to be, the dangers are far lower than catching coronavirus somehow, at least at my ripe age of 75. I had to agree, given so many people have been vaccinated and the side effects at least so far are indeed minor.

I dont care what fauci spouts one way or the other.

Could it be that as a result of receiving the vaccine, the ensuing neurological damage caused Biden to fall 3 times as he bounded up the stairway?

I think it's part of Trump's tactics telling us it's safe, to agree with and take the MSM's minds off of him, so he can focus on the more important things. I know he hasn't gone away, but he wants them to think so. Paul, on the other hand is primarily still just a politician. It's the messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccines that remain mostly in question, and recently I heard someone on the left actually admit that they actually do alter one's DNA. The Janssen (J&J) Vaccine operates like past vaccines and do not alter one's DNA as I understand it now.

Being 79 next month, with COPD, now requiring oxygen when exerting myself, like walking to the mailbox, my Pulmonologist kind of twisted my arm a little to get me to accept some protection. She claimed I might not survive even from a common flu without some protection therefore I should get the shot. Between her and I, I elected to get the Janssen single dose because of my reluctance to the experimental conflicts of the mRNA. I still believe the "pandemic virus" scare was perpetrated by the left, perhaps even by a Bill Gates type, to put the fear into people around the world. I know they will do anything, and I repeat, anything, to make Trump look bad. The virus may have been no worse effect than some previous flu strains. The total death numbers now seem to indicate that my thoughts on this might be right. And to protect my political future I will say, "Just my thoughts, I could be wrong", but just admitting that destroys it anyway.

I've had both of my Moderna shots. No trouble.

I recall 1965 Fort Gordon, Ga......we were all in line for the pneumatic shot guns. We were told to "shuffle along" while being "shot". Guess I was a bit too fast. My shuffle while being shot caused a 3 inch gash across my shoulder. Then....I was yelled at for going too fast. Ahhh the good old days.

Read something interesting I hadn't thought of this morning. If the national emergency/pandemic is called off, the vax will immediately become unavailable to everyone. Because it only has emergency authorization. Emergency goes away, vax does too.

Unless they can get it authorized on its own, of which I am skeptical.

When I went through boot camp I was hit with a cocktail of pneumatic shots, one in each arm, step forward, repeat the process. At the end of boot camp, since many of us were reporting to ships we received one last shot just before graduation liberty. That shot was yellow fever. My first day out of boot, a time when I should have been focused on drinking, I was sick with yellow fever. Nasty stuff. So, I split my time drinking.
I figure if my immune system could handle all that crap in '86 and yellow fever on top of it all, and I was able to visit several nations without ever once becoming ill (unwillingly I have to add), I haven't a single ounce of fear from this flu variant.

I haven't had a vaccine since childhood and I have no intention of taking one for anything (given all current diseases and risks.)
New vaccines in the past 40 years have been a detriment to health, imo. They are only good for Pharma profits, government power, and a very small segment of the population who is at greater risk.

Ninety-nine percent of current vaccines would not exist if pharma was held accountable for side effects. It's not profitable to take responsibility for their own mistakes. Instead of government giving them a shield, let them get consent and release from lawsuit from every 'patient' who is desperate enough to take experimental drugs. The only reasons for a shield from government is (1) to enhance Pharma profits, and (2) so government can force people to be test subjects in experimental drug trials - which also means bigger profits for Pharma and more campaign contributions and 6-figure speaking fees for politicians.

I had to chuckle, the image of lemmings and leftists rushing for the cliff reminded me of a cattle or bison stampede from the old western movies ... no way in hell am I going to even attempt to stop them ... I will stand aside until the dust settles ...

That raises a couple of questions:
1. I wonder how many vaccine makers WOULD Be getting sued (thru ads on TV, etc) if they could be?

2. There was some discussion about whether these new mRNA drugs met the criteria to be a 'vaccine' and apparently was decided that they are. Is this strictly so the makers can't be sued?

Mr Biden wants us all to get vaccinated and he can't make it up the steps of AF1?
