If Congress wants to debate about a nuclear launch, it's the same thing as saying we want to lose the war. By the time they get done shooting off their mouths, and wailing about how we probably deserve it, America will have lost. Hopefully one of the bombs will wipe out Washington DC, so the survivors can form a government that actually follows the Constitution.
