I keep reading in posts elsewhere that the virus has not been isolated. Could someone in the gulch explain the implications of it not being isolated?

I agree. It is likely bio-warfare. It may have been an accidental release or may have been intentional.
Regardless it was used to manipulate the 2020 election and it is still being used to force the People to accept a dictatorship..
Now the vaccine is being used to enforce the dictatorship, and it is more likely harmful to the human race than healthful, imo.
