The federal government IS OBLIGATED BY THE CONSTITUTION TO "PROTECT AND DEFEND OUR BORDERS FROM ALL INCURSIONS".

The States relinquished that power to the federal government.

The federal government has ABDICATED THAT POWER THOUGH ACTS OF TREASON.

Now ALL STATES, but Most importantly the Border States have ABSOLUTE POWER TO CONTROL THEIR OWN BORDERS!

all FEDERAL AGENTS are Complicit in the TREASONOUS ACTS unless they STAND DOWN and Join the States in their RECLAMATION OF THEIR INHERENT POWERS.

Border States have every RIGHT TO USE WHATEVER MEANS NECESSARY to Secure their own Borders.

All Non Border States have an Inherent Obligation to offer any and all support needed by the Border States including The National Guard support if requested.

Wowie here we go. Wonder if the state of Texas will respond to this? We'll see if Gov. Abbott can do anything other than talk.

I don't think he has the balls to do anything other than talk.

One of the other issues in this entire debacle is that the Fed "legally" steals our money and will not give it back unless we kowtow to their every want and need.

I'm talking about school lunch funding, federal highway funds, and the myriad of other "fundings" that are meted out to the individual states, which is really just returning these states' money to them. It's actually their biggest weapon. Money almost always is.

not to change the subject, but to respond to your comment.

The federal government as it now exists is 90% larger and 8500 times more expensive than is allowed by the Constitution.

The ONLY Cabinet positions that are actually CONSTITUTIONAL are :

        State
        Defense(WAR)
        Treasury
        Justice (AG)

all others are POLITICAL CONSTRUCTS to REWARD corrupt people and organizations that aided in getting CORRUPT POLITICIANS ELECTED!

Make a list and see WHO is ENRICHED BY HAVE THE POWER OF GOVERNMENT at their disposal.

        Labor" is UNIONS
        education... 'unions'...
The rest are equally easy to identify.

In the 50's my dad warned me the Communists had taken over the unions. He was a union member all his life. The AFL-CIO wrote me up in their newsletter stating I was working for a union busting outfit. Lies. I advised our members to investigate before forming a union and make their own decisions. I encouraged member companies to negotiate with their employees and let them have a voice. I never tried to 'bust' a union. I intensely dislike liars. My mother wouldn't let me use the word 'hate'.

Given what I see above, my first response was to 25n56il4's comment (Starting with "Wowie here we go..." ) on your original post.

                quibbling over minutia?

His comment was related to Governor Abbot of Texas actually doing anything regarding my comment.

I am happy to discuss either separately at your pleasure, but this is a distraction from the current subject.

I am not quibbling about anything. Forget I said anything. I'm going back to doing something constructive. Have a great day.

It was not my intention to make you mad, or demean your positions.
Nor did I want you to delete your comments because they did have value.

Oftentimes, 'quibbling' between/among friends clears the mind and refocuses on subjects left in the closet for too long..

Hey, Crusty! I am not and was not mad! Not even a little. I might have been a bit confused, but that was most likely a result of trying to multi-task. Not even a little bit your fault.

Also, I didn't delete any of my comments, nor did I feel demeaned.

Sometimes it's easy to misunderstand a person's intention when all you have to go on is what you see on-screen, typed. Let's just move on, because I'm thinking that perhaps I am out of my depth in this particular discussion, and it would probably be better if someone else was able to contribute more valuable insight!

                      Friends? :-)
