Will Injustice Roberts dismiss the Senate trial when Trump's attorney makes this motion on the grounds that there is no Constitutional basis for trial of a former president?

    Tough call $5Au. IMHO, the Neo Communist plan is to crush Donald Trump and erase any memory of him from history EXCEPT a lingering memory of how painful it will be for anyone in the future to challenge THEIR authority ever again.

      I’d say you’re right on with that one, mcannon. The tricky thing is there are not just 2 political persuasions vying for power. There are Conservatives (who are on the mat currently)
      Liberal Elites (who are pretending to be Leftists)
      and Bonafide Communists.
      I’m counting on the Liberals and Communists to start fighting soon. Which is why my advice to conservatives is “Stay Down!” The more they stagger back up and try to swing the more we delay the real fight shaping up. It’s time to play possum.
