I agree, but it has Jay-Z in the title so I didn't expect it to make much sense. And the bit about "these fixed mortgages"....I'm so tired of that cry baby story. When you get a mortgage, the payments are all there in black and white...the interest rate(s) and even the total bottom line 30 years of interest, the whole grand total...It's ALL there, nothing is hidden so how can they say they didn't know their payments would increase after the 5 year interest free period ended??? This is something THEY agreed to, nobody forced them into a mortgage of any kind. Yet they say their houses were stolen from them?? Talk about not making any sense...

I like the fact that Mr Carter is questioning the Occupy movement. Is it just me or do the things they quote him as saying toward the end of this article not make any sense?
