Shooting a mask into someone's face is an assault even if the intention is a joke. If an inmate tossed or shot anything in my face when I was a state prison corrections officer (I've been assaulted but not like that), it would be self-defense legal for me to immediately respond by going to work with my stick or Tazing the dude or using paper spray. My effective response would have to be short and sweet to avoid an excessive force charge.

I won't even mess with the whole related subject that is "control-fetishism," but... the likelihood arrest is strong with this one. At minimum for assault (I assume any lawyer looking for some serious buckage would be able to convince people that adding "with a deadly weapon" was a viable thing,) to say nothing of the prospect of one of the neodymium magnets whipping around and giving an eyeball a high-velocity impact.

My aunt was raised on Sand Mountain. When my Uncle retired from the Navy out of Corpus they bought 170 acres outside Opelika. I thought standard ammo can....he says No, one meter cube! Ground swat !!!!!!

It takes a clip of 20 to shoot enough deer for a meal...lol When I lived near Auburn in 81/2 the annual per person harvest was 82 per person combined seasons.
