I do not have enough PPE to change after each encounter and not going to increase my risk by re-breathing an exposure. I wear one by mandate at grocery. I didn't wear one in my clinic for 18 years but I made sure the dentists and dental assistants and doctors and nurses did. So I don't want the 'mask police' to stop me.
