There is a good chance the people in this forum are aware or haven't learned any reviews. I am happy this has not been approved by Congress, but not for the reasons it is being held up. I think Trump with his Nationality plans of America first has been ill informed about the end game and focusing on the trade benefits.

Just a note, I am new and unable to vote yet or I would do so.

Indeed. This is the beginning of the American Union and national sovereignty goes out the window. The prelude of the UN agenda.

As a Canadian, I know that 40-50 yrs ago when NAFTA was done, the agreement exploited Canadian Auto workers. Trading 2 Chevrolets built in Canada for one Cadillac built in the USA was not a fair deal for Canadians. Other trade deals made by the Canadian Gov't are just as bad if not worse. We are paying billions of dollars in penalties that were deceitfully placed into the contracts by nefarious government negotiators. The sad part is the USMCA will be no different for the Canadians and I sincerely hope it fails ratification all the way around.

Perhaps trade ought to be between two real parties to a transaction and not between governments and their desire to squeeze a share of bonefide trade.
