California Scrubs Controversial Kamala Harris-Era Arrest Reports - no longer publicly available online after Tulsi Gabbard attacked Harris' record in debate

During the Democratic debates on Wednesday night, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) excoriated Harris's record as California Attorney General, rattling off a laundry list of 'inconvenient' facts - such as the 1,500-plus Californians Harris sent to prison for marijuana-related offenses, blocking evidence that would have freed an innocent man from death row until forced to do so by the courts, and using prison inmates as cheap labor.

Harris did not refute any of Gabbard's statements.

The now-scrubbed records were used by the Free Beacon in prior reporting - "specifically the finding that more than 120,000 black and Latino Californians were sent to prison while she was in the State A.G.'s office."

True but we need to file these away for when we do have debates or discussions. I have used things like this to finally get my wife to admit there is "something" going on, which is a step up from "You are f@@king nuts"....

I think it does not matter, Brian, if it is reported in the MSM or not.

Many of the outrageous actions of the left have been reported and there is no consequence.

I have to inject here that if the California AG's office in any way resembles the Texas AG's office, I am unimpressed with them. I have seen monumental waste by them in investigating cases based on lies. This is our tax money. And their total stupidity is appalling. Wouldn't you think if someone was capable of holding an office in the AG's office they'd know better than to tamper with a Jury? They'd know better than to stick their nose into a business they knew nothing about. These people don't have business backgrounds. They feel powerful because of their badge. Bad idea! I sure wouldn't vote for one for President. No way.

Amazingly while "unfair" is the ubiquitous drumbeat of the left, they don't seem to feel that it's unfair that those who cross the border illegally should get to stay while the 4.4 million who have filled out the paperwork to legally immigrate have to wait.

"He says I argue "unfairly" because I use facts and logic to refute his emotional statements."

    That sounds familiar.

The left is taking everything as "unfair" and "disrespectful", two of the most frequently used accusations when they want to put a stop on further argument. The reason is simple: they have no argument against facts and they escape into a foggy world of make believe.

My brother in law, who is very liberal, won't debate issues with me any more. He says I argue "unfairly" because I use facts and logic to refute his emotional statements. What surprised me was he has said he doesn't like any of the Democrat presidential candidates, as they are too radical. He does like the idea of single payer healthcare, but says the Hispanic (legal) population in Albuquerque does not like the open borders idea being promoted by most of the Democrats, and he agrees. Unfortunately, he will still hold his nose and vote the party line, I'm sure.

This is what they do. I was once working in a group doing research. We realized that our work didn't fit the narrative very well. So, when we noticed that some of the information we found online was being taken offline within 48 hours of us finding it - over and over - we started to joke with each other about it. Then, when we found information on two websites I know you guys would be familiar with they edited those sites within 24 hours. This is how the machine works. Soon after that I spent a week at sea fishing with a guy who happened to be a high-level NSA snoop. Very interesting guy - no dummy. He clued me in a little on the finer technical points of how they did that to our group.

And this is reported in what MSM media? How the sheeple can ignore the fact the deep state is openly operating in front of them is beyond me...

And then act all shocked when someone mentions the obvious. Kind of like Bill Clinton did when Jeffrey Epstein was arrested. "I know nothing!"

    Yes, I know that.

After all Gruber, an MIT professor, erstwhile creator of Obamacare admitted that much, e.g. that people are too stupid to see/understand what is happening to them.

Just an aside: Clinton called half of the country who did not buy her crap "deplorables".

Wonder what she called the other half who saw her as "qualified"?

Unfortunately, exceller, the left is correct. Far too many people ARE total idiots who are unable (and, honestly, probably unwilling) to see what's going on.

They never refute facts. They know they can't, and they don't deal in facts anyway.

"A CDCR employee claims that the changes have nothing to do with Harris's campaign, and were instead prompted by California law AB 434 which 'sets standards for web accessibility.'
"Making our website fully compliant was a significant and ongoing undertaking. It required a redesign of the look and feel of the website, and a need to evaluate all of the thousands of documents and other files that were linked to our website," said CDCR assistant secretary for communications, Jeffrey Callison, "

The left thinks that people are total idiots and unable to see through their self serving manipulations.

Classic "let's muddy it up so nobody will find any smoking gun" lefty tactic.

Isn't it wonderful how the Democrats' protect their own? Imagine the uproar if /when Bush and Trump refuse to let the records of Kavanaugh be viewed by Nadler. Sen Harris has powerful friends in CA.
