- 1Posted by $ 25n56il4 6 years agoWouldn't it be Double Jeopardy if you were sued in Civil District Court and upheld by the 1st Court of Appeals and the same District Court sued you again, this time in Criminal District Court, using all the same documentation submitted in the Civil Issue?| Permalink
