“President Donald Trump on Wednesday asserted executive privilege concerning the full, unredacted report from special counsel Robert Mueller just as Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee, led by Chairman Rep. Jerry Nadler, were voting to hold Attorney General William Barr in contempt of Congress for not turning over the unredacted report and underlying materials in response to a committee subpoena.”

What job is that, exactly? Reducing immigration? I see no reason to expect him to do that; his businesses benefit from cheap labor as much as any others.

Bring the troops home from Afghanistan and the Middle East? I had hopes of that when he was elected, but he's long since caved to the neocons on that score.

To be held in contempt by a contemptible group sounds like a truism and maybe an honor that should result in a promotion or a cash prize!

Trump has put his foot down finally. Let the dems go to court forever. In the meantime, Trump can get on with the job we hired him to do.

There is a good reason I used the term, “Fast and Furious.”
“As a result of a dispute over the release of Justice Department documents related to the scandal, Attorney General Eric Holder became the first sitting member of the Cabinet of the United States to be held in contempt of Congress on June 28, 2012, in a vote largely along party lines in a Republican-controlled House. At Holder's request, President Barack Obama had invoked executive privilege for the first time in his presidency in order to withhold documents that "were not generated in the course of the conduct of FAST AND FURIOUS." In 2016, a federal court ruled that the records in question were not covered by privilege, however a House lawsuit to try to recover the records is still pending in federal court.”

My biggest interest is how did we (The U.S.A) get to the point where a political party is able to apparently attempt to destry a duely elected President without any comment other than support from the MSM and an opposition controlled DOJ? The Repblicans have nominally controlled the DOJ for over two years/ How is it possible that it is apparently contributing to the attempted coup by the Deep State and democrats?
lzo I disagree with Fst and Furious -- it is "Slow and Sleepy."
