He is right, of course. It IS time for a political revolution. Just not the kind this socialist is calling for. We need a political revolution that cuts the government back down to size.

Leftwing bellyaching sounds remarkably similar to rightwing bellyaching. I disagree with 80% or more of what he says, but more importantly I reject the notion of "millions of people depending on the decisions we make in Washington." Individuals are far more dependent on decisions _they themselves_ make than other people's decisions.

    1) When he speaks of all the infrastructure jobs to be created repairing roads, bridges, etc, where the hell does he expect to get the money? Gut the military, gut food stamps? Like to see him try that last one.
    2) How much of that money gets siphoned off into union coffers to enrich the union bosses and pay kickbacks and bribes? My guess? Two-thirds.
    3) When he so scathingly castigates the Koch brothers for their participation, he fails to enumerate Soros, Hollywood, Chicago, AFSCME, SIEU, AFT, and the Hamptons for their participation. Convenient memory lapse, Bernie?
    4) If the unemployment statistics are as bad as he states, wages should go down. Employers should have 10 applicants for every job. With that ratio, wage competition would be a downward pressure as people competed just to work. Instead we have an artificial wage ceiling imposed by a system designed to reward non-work.
Bernie, your cant no longer makes sense. Face reality. The scenario you envision cannot be sustained by actual economics.
