Things are turning around. Trump is now on the offensive and he has cleaned out much of the DOJ and the FBI .He also has been appointing Judges that will uphold the law. With facts and evidence to prove that Treason was committed the guilty will not get away with it.

You can find a written transcript on one of G Edward Griffin"s websites.....matches the vid exactly. It's only very recent in our cultural history that we are able to vet the sources and disclose truth.......love the internet. At the same time it's being used as a tool against truth.

This morning I've had interaction with two who emigrated here. One from Sudan, one from Egypt....interestingly, same basic culture. Both have established businesses, raising and nurturing families and community. Perhaps sponsorship, of a non-governmental pursuit, is the answer to the present debacle. I wonder how many in our greater "culture" of America are willing to put their personal time and resources to task. I guess I could spend a full half hour on that.....(sarcasm)......

I have a remnant here at Florida Tech that will arise from the ash heap that socialism and communism have created, ironically with many who have fled legally from those countries thinking that the US would allow them to achieve greatness.

Indeed it does take a lot of resources. I found the perfect shrug job and place.

The Hispanic population includes Puerto Ricans, Cubans, and descendants of the original Spanish settlers in the Southwest. If you ask that population, most do not support illegal immigration. The squeaky wheel gets the grease especially applies to the media, who blow illegal support out of all rational proportion, focusing on those who support it, and ignoring (as much as possible) those who favor legal immigration. San Diego may actually have more who support illegals, but I'll bet that Miami, San Antonio, Phoenix, and other cities do not.

So....a Gulch? I think not. I was talking with a long-time friend and asked what plans, if any, he had when the hammer fell. He replied he was staying put (just east of Indianapolis). I asked what he was going to do. Reply: After the dust settles....I'm going to lead.
The "Millenials" are shouting their confusion and their anger at a malevolent Unknown, to them. Biology, Life, being what it is shall produce the next generation, born into a deepening state of what we, in the Gulch, and in many areas across our planet see as a sociological cancer / virus / bacteria powered by narcissism and psychopathy. One commonality that I find among most humans; we'd not be upset, sometimes to the point of violence, if we did not care. I'm past thinking Gulch and more inclined to the metaphor of The Stand.
These folks at the southern border, unaware that they've been duped, are as confused as the youngsters who're born here. Both manipulated by the same parties into a conflict of beliefs. Those of us who are aware hear the rhetoric, repeat the same.....offer a solution? I'm working on one. This began by asking, what are the simplest, most empirical interactions we have with our biosphere and ourselves, and do we care enough about ourselves, that we may care equally for all of life's manifestations?

The most consistently vociferous anti-illegal immigration people around here (San Antonio) are always of Latin descent, and almost always first or second generation. Can you really blame them? It gobsmacks me that people are shocked that those who “got in line” and jumped through all the hoops are kissed at the idea of just allowing “cheaters” to stay or be given anything short of a one way trip “back home where they can get in the line like decent people”.

Ever notice how when the press wants to talk about it they never go to places like San Antonio and talk to legal immigrants? They only talk to white landowners to pain them negatively, or to illegal immigrants or white progressive to make it look sympathetic. The press will claim all day long how there are just so many immigrants here. Yet when it comes time to talk to people about immigration, they can’t seem to find any.

I’m in general agreement with one stipulation: something has to have changed recently (meaning the last 5-10 years) to result in a change, assuming it is accurate to state there is one.

Despite the claims by the Progressives and Trump, among legal immigrants Mexico’s share has been decreasing while the rest of South America is catching up. This matters because it is more difficult to make such a journey unless you are already in possession of sufficient wealth to get a plane ticket and lawyers.

America has been on the high desirability list for decades, so that can’t be the difference. Sure were better off now that five or six years ago, but that difference is not noticeable or significant to someone born and living South of Mexico. Thus I don’t see changes in America as being a primary factor. Instead I think it more likely to be changes in their part of the world.

The typical Ecuadorian, for example, probably has had a lot more information or experience surrounding what has been happening in Venezuela. It will hit much closer to home. Mexico by comparison would be a virtual paradise, well except for all the problems it has, not to mention how much tougher and stricter their immigration rules and enforcement are.

My suspicion is that they are seeing countries they are in or near going to hell in a wicker basket that is already catching fire. Despite more familiar cultures, tongues, and faces, not to mention the bad press claims of how racist America is against them, we are the best choice. If Mexico had a handle on the criminals in carrels and government alike, and a more open immigration system, they would be the top choice.

This leads me think they are looking at their own histories of how south and Latin American governments operate, and are not taking the risk of staying in one. I think this is supported by the fact that despite press hubbub were seeing a significant increase in brain drain from those countries to us. This is significant because given the bad press and higher collectivism in Canada one would expect that to be the destination of choice for Latin Americans with means. Though maybe it is just too cold in Canada. ;)

One telling fact is that Hispanic voters (legal immigrants and old original families) support Trump by 50%. They're upset that Democrats assume that they support illegal immigration because they are of the same race. Identity politics inevitably backfires.

The migrants think that it’s going to be an easy life here. I think they are mistaken. A good life here requires intelligence, education, and a decent upbringing. Otherwise you will be left behind as our culture becomes more competitive and technologically advanced and automated. Our moving to socialism is their only temporary way out here, and I don’t want to contribute to that at all

Fellow Gulchers, here is the Soros-funded organized effort to destroy our republic by using waves and waves of illegal immigrants to wear us down.
