I think it's also another double speak method. If the speaker says it loud enough, often enough, and pretends he has superior knowledge (that is, he's a good liar) some people will repeat it. More and more gullible people repeat it until "everyone knows that" is true.
It's a method used to distract and divide people away from understanding the acts of evil behind the language of 'compassion' and false self-sacrifice.

Understanding of the English language has been more than decimated, too.

The cop's response is the inevitable outcome of a lawless president. AR could have easily written this scenario into AS. If 0 were a character in a role-playing game, he would be characterized as chaotic evil.

What shocks me is the continual use of the word "decimate" to mean "destroy", when it actually means "to destroy or reduce by one tenth."
If Obama had decimated the Constitution, I would feel a lot less nervous.
