That's because it would be racist or at the very least mean-spirited to criticize the poor workmanship of an unskilled employee.

Except Russian roulette has an obvious cause and affect. Hiring workers that are lower skilled but higher in political correctness to, say build a jet engine, then having that engine break In flight, may never prove an obvious cause-and-effect.

It's also called Russian Roulette. One-in-six odds will eventually go BANG! even when you keep spinning the cylinder before trigger pulls.

Maybe the leftists are right. Maybe hiring people that are less qualified, bad at science and haven’t had a job for three or more years, would make great air traffic controllers. Maybe we just need to give them a chance. Since any candidates for air traffic controllers are now being pre-screened by diversity monitors first, we’ll just have to see what happens.
