Are we funding the leftist agenda?

The $17 billion Bank of America deal gave the bank “extra credit” if it donated $100 million or more to activist groups approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The list included UnidosUS, which advocates for illegal immigrants; the National Community Reinvestment Coalition, a left-leaning housing lobbyist group; Operation Hope, which pushes banks to lend to unqualified mortgage applicants in Los Angeles; and the Mutual Housing Association of New York, a spinoff of the controversial community-organizing group ACORN.

Regarding OSF powerpoint on "skirting" lobbying laws in the US in a previous thread >>1182832 (previous thread)
I've posted this before but this document was presented to a group of OSF, Ford foundation, and DOJ funded 501c3's in Washington D.C.
These groups were coordinating with the Obama White House, LL DOJ, HRC campaign, DNC, Hollywood, MSM, and other groups and people.
They were using DOJ grant money, commingled with other grants, to not only lobby national, state, and local governments but to coordinate efforts and impact electoral campaigns at all of those levels.
These groups taught other smaller and local 501c3's how to apply for more grant money and replicate their efforts to skirt election and lobbying laws.
THIS IS 100% PROOF of ILLEGAL ACTIVITY and in and of itself should preempt a congressional investigation.

My homeschooling friends, ironically enough, did NOT vote for Trump. The lady of that house declared her vote for the Libertarian, and said they'd prefer Hillary Clinton to Trump. But still, as they apparently do not endorse the public education system (they have a religious exemption), they might be amenable to "assault[ing] the ivory towers."

There is no way to stop funding it without going to jail for not paying your taxes. If you try to fight the socialists they will take money from you to fight you and when you run out of money they will take money from others and continue the fight until they win or you die.

And learn to think and be proud, not ashamed, of being productive.
In order to do this and reach enough people, parents must take action to change the curriculum. We are paying a lot for this "education system" and it is resulting in uneducated, foolish, whining young people. We have to refuse to accept the propaganda masquerading as education. Organize all the parents you know who voted for Trump and assault the ivory towers.

BTW, what is "social housing"? ;^)

One unintended consequence of requiring involuntary donations (i.e., theft) of earnings to a so-called "good cause" as housing is the immediate increase in the cost of that housing.
It has happened in housing, in education, in health care. Every time that government meddles in the free market for the "common good" the consumer pays the price.
    That makes no sense.

Newly recently released tax documents reveal how billionaire “philanthropist” George Soros expanded his U.S.-based empire by using funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, also known as the Obama stimulus. Soros and Obama worked hand-in-glove through the stimulus, which has been called the largest single partisan wealth transfer in American history.

In 2010, tax records show that Soros, a convicted inside trader with extensive knowledge of the American financial system and government policies under Obama, deployed grantees from his Open Society Foundations1 to lobby for and acquire federal contracts for job training, green energy, and community redevelopment programs. By gaining control over those resources, Soros advanced his agenda for “green economics,” open borders, and increased government handouts. In short, he grew his empire, which includes much of the “progressive” movement in the U.S., as the federal government and Obama’s political constituencies grew in power and influence.

This report analyzes George Soros’s grants to organizations in 2010. The records show massive coordination of non-profit networks in the states and nationally. Four powerful organizations and coalitions — The STAR Coalition, The Gamaliel Foundation, the Apollo Alliance, and Green for All — are given detailed scrutiny in this regard, with the involvement of Van Jones getting special mention. Jones is the former Obama “Green Jobs Czar” fired after information about his communist past surfaced through the work of anti-communist blogger Trevor Loudon and then-Fox News personality Glenn Beck. The lobbying power of such efforts ensured that stimulus funds flowed from taxpayers into union coffers and into the hands of other activists who had been instrumental in putting President Obama into office.

In an average year there is about 1000 sealed indictments currently 24,000+ . No need to race into a judge that is on the take. The chorus of singers can be heard faintly but soon will crescendo . See Mack from nvixm , she is like a canary watch the resignations .

Certainly should not be. It and much of the swamp is being exposed. Exposure and discovery is the first steps to justice.

The left, by virtue of being leftist, realized with great clarity that obtaining the government was essential to their mission. Get the power, those with the most guns, on your side. To a conservative or (true) libertarian, that's like sleeping with snakes.

Besides abolishing public schools, (which is not politically feasible at the moment), would it not be possible to put voluntary donations together and set up an Objectivist college? (Of course, there are some computer courses, which are better than nothing, but I mean an actual school, where people would go and sit in desks, and listen to philosophy professors, etc., and also associate with each other.).

Again, I hope you are right although I don't like to use the word "hope". It suggests the notion of sitting idle, doing nothing and waiting for something to happen that is originated by someone else. I don't need to explain this to you, John Galt has done it in a much more articulate manner.

Funding the left is like leprosy, you don't realize you're doing it until an appendage falls off.

We've been funding the leftist agenda for some time. The New Deal under FDR was essentially socialist, and even staunch Republicans have supported socialist elements of the budget. No child left behind and Medicare part D created under Dubya are examples.

Better to be used to repay those damaged by the actions of those found guilty, not to feed the Just-us swamp. Most of these cases do nothing for those who were the victims, if any. They are like non-moving traffic citations, stealing from the productive to feed the government monster.

Every time we citizens pay a tax bill, we are funding government expansion actually. Makes one want to never earn or spend another dollar thats taxed.

Which one of the alphabet soup agencies isn't a slush fund for the leftist agenda? The EPA is all about stalling or preventing any improvements to our nations energy grid. The Department of Energy just prevents exploitation at the behest of environmental groups. NASA was made into a propaganda machine for Islam. Housing and Urban Development is there to drive up housing costs. NEA is a shill for the teachers' unions. And then you have the unions who get funded by taxpayer dollars who then act as the campaign arm for Democrats. It goes on and on
