I didn't put a link in, Mimi. I actually was listening to that old-fashioned thing called radio.

We rented out a theater in Dallas for him and the Blaze crew (about 30 people) for a private ASP3 screening.

We met up at Glenn's TV studio before heading to the theater - Glenn's studio is AWESOME, really a site to see. So we hung out there for a few and then Harmon and I left for the theater. We got there and all the Blaze crew are showing up, but no Beck. So we're waiting in the lobby, by the front door, when one of his assistants walks by and says "Glenn's in the theater."

Harmon and I look at each other like, "Hunh?"

We walk over to the theater and there he is, right in the center, surrounded by his crew. Apparently, he had an advance security team standing by to let him in the back door.

We all watched the film and the place totally erupted when Glenn's scene came up - hooting and hollering, clapping, laughing - you could tell his crew really loves him, and he them. Beck came over to where we were sitting after the film ended, shook our hands, and said, "That was great. Thanks so much for finally making the film."

On another fun note, the night before, I invited a few Gulch Producers from Dallas to the show - but I didn't tell them Beck was going to be there. I just said, "Hey, we're doing a private screening of the film tomorrow night. You should come hang out." A couple showed up and I said, "So, you guys know Beck?" and they were like, "Of course!" and I was like, "Right, don't freak out but... this show is for him. He'll be here shortly." Jaws dropped.

It was a good night. :)

He didn't give anything away that wasn't in the book. The most significant thing he said was that he enjoyed it. He did struggle to remember the release date. He talked mostly about the chapter on the month of Atlantis.
