What a coincidence that the IRS website goes down after "Vlad" (reference from Our Dear Leader, The One, Barack Hussein Obama (mmm, mmm, mmm...)) says there will be "consequences" for the attack on the Syrian chemical weapon sites.

Anyone believe in coincidences?

Do you suppose we could get all the IRS offices to crash -- permanently?

Oh darn, I'm sorry, it was probably my fault, I was expecting my tax refund.

There is no such thing as a necessary evil. To admit that is to admit that all evil is ok if the circumstances are right.

My Paranoia runs deep and I don't even take the evil weed. If the IRS site can crash then it can also be hacked just like the thousands of other WWW sites have been. We should all have the Right to Opt out of any web based on line info sharing. As it is now all of your medical records are on line and any sharp computer hacker can probably find any of your most private info because all of it is floating around out here unprotected.
Filing your taxes should be as simple as 1, 2, 3. Your W2 says you made $100K, you are in a 20% tax bracket then your tax is $20K. We could save a ton of money just by putting the IRS, tax accountants and lawyers right out of business. Let them all go get a real job.

More likely a result of a rush to put in place the new rules for the tax code changes. The developer probably didn't perform sufficient regression testing to make sure the upgrade didn't conflict with old code.

How about, “Taxation is the fuel of socialism.”

It is also the fuel for many other undesirable evils.

Just like Our Dear Leader, The One, Barack Hussein Obama (mmm, mmm, mmm...) told Joe the Plumber that "...when you spread the wealth around, it's good for everybody."

Is it good for the person that Obama pick-pocketed in order to get the money he's going to give to someone else? I certainly don't think so.

Wouldn't you rather "to contribute" for myriad things you don't want, need or believe in?
After all, me dino recalls Slick Willie calling taxes "contributions."
He even inspired a teen-aged boy to gift the government with $1,000 and thought that oh so patriotic.
As you can see, that gesture really helped~

That’s like asking what would we do without evil? Although, some evil is necessary.

Every time I hear the letters IRS I think of a scene from Independence Day. C'mon ETs do the American people a favor.
