    I think that decoding sound from vibrations of windows has been around for a while. What is really interesting is that they can decode that with analysis of simple video images without needing lasers, and even with a 60 frames per second camera.

    This technology was invented for the CIA. Most people didn't know about it until the movie "Clear and Present Danger", Harrison Ford's most underrated movie.
